      To help close up the Software Supply Chain, it is necessary to propagate signing and signature checking throughout the OCI image delivery and consumption processes.

      To do this it is necessary to create a complete Image delivery, validation, cache priming and shipping solution that covers Podman and Docker as well as K8s use cases.

      This may also need raw artefact management to support the TelModel.

      Develop configurations that can be distributed throughout the software artefact delivery supply chain that validates and enforces known signatures for:

      • Podman
      • Docker
      • Kubernetes (Kyverno, and ContainerD)
      • Deploy and trial in TechOps
      • Develop a report on the problems with non-compliant software, and a recommendation for remediation
