Contribution to review in the form of preparation for, discussions, and plan for follow-up actions from review questions.

More details are provided in the review document (linked in the description) but essentially:

      • Review questions provided in the review document
      • Discuss and prepare answers (within the team and with the DPPT as required)
      • Participate in review meetings where answers will be discussed
      • Participate in capturing next steps and actions in ART and Team backlogs based on review outcomes. While not costed in the capacity estimate for this spike (see comments for sizing justification), if sufficiently high-priority actions are identified it will be expected that teams replan or reprioritise to pick them up in PI22.

The expectation is that the teams involved (See document) review and work on providing answers to questions ahead of the review. We will then run the review as a series of meetings with the teams and a small internal panel to discuss questions and the next steps.
