      AC1: Instance of the CANFAR science platform is deployed at CNSRC and made available to (fixed IP users of) SRCNet

      AC2: A plan is made to allow Shanghai observatory users to access other CANFAR instances, and a group of external CANFAR users to access the China SRC instance of CANFAR

      AC3: This service is advertised to the service discovery service of SRCNet Service discovery service. User logs in to presentation layer and ask to discover services available. China SRC services would appear in the list. This would include working with Tangerine Team on connecting up with the presentation layer.
