Viola Support to AIV for Low Goal 1

This feature represents non-feature contributions to Capability Low-C1 (SS-108). 

Viola (6 FP - wild guess):

• Completion of PI20 Digital Chain Tests (Including Jupyter NBs and Dry Run)
  • SPS -> CSP Test
  • CBF -> SDP Test
  • TMC -> CSP Test
  • TMC -> SDP Test
  • Compute Cluster -> Networks 

• Preparation for PI21 Digital Chain / Engineering Model Tests (Including Jupyter NBs and Dry Run)¹
  • TMC -> MCCS Test
  • Science Data Stream
  • Non-Science Data Stream 

• Support for running PI21 Digital Chain / EM Tests (Including Test Setup/ Preparation, running of Test and post-processing support)
• Support for formal reviews / milestones (Ready Review, Test Readiness Review , Post-Test Reviews ETC) ²

¹ This is dependent on  Releases TAIV-791 and TAIV-827  being planned for PI21 and meeting release timelines.
