    Description

      During PI22 the vendor/partner responses for the MID Long Haul Optical Transmission ITT will require an in depth review and recommendation of a preferred supplier.
      A weighted scoring schema will used to assess each bidder to select the best response technically. Following a Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP) review a summary of the leading candidate(s) will be announced and the commercial evaluation will commence. The networks team will support this activity. Once a final review and all clarification actions have been completed a preferred vendor/partner will be recommended. This will then trigger the contract development phase through to a purchase ordered for the materials and services offered, at a time when required by the project.
