Make use of most up to date functionality of FTS and enable testing of token authenticated FTS transfers.

The primary purpose of this work should be viewed as enabling SRC IAM to work in the Rucio instance. A secondary benefit of having our own FTS service will be that we can tune the configuration to improve transfer performance, but that is currently not an urgent blocker inthe context of SRCnet 0.1

      From Rose:

RPMs with token fix installed on a test FTS host at RAL as the fix required a DB schema change. Successfully transferred 1GB file using tokens between two Rucio storage endpoints: https://fts3-test.gridpp.rl.ac.uk:8449/fts3/ftsmon/#/job/1d6dc6da-d185-11ee-bde8-001dd8b71d42

Rough plan to move forward with FTS as part of SRC Net 0.1 has been discussed, will be finalised in PI22 through the outcomes of: https://jira.skatelescope.org/browse/SP-4133

    Description

To continue testing the SRCNet FTS instance the ability to submit FTS transfers using token authentication instead of certificates is necessary. This functionality is still being developed for FTS so will require the use of pre release packages. The aim of this feature is to configure and install the pre release packages on the SRC FTS and test the functionality of submitting token authenticated FTS transfers.

If this is not successful, we need to move forward with a back-up plan to enable SRC IAM users to work with the Rucio instance for development purposes. (I (r.bolton) think, correct me if wrong)This could be achieved by negotiating for the CERN pilot FTS to accept the SRC IAM.
