Description

For a user to be able to query the site capabilities API, they need to be authenticated. This must be done through the AAI permissions API (see https://gitlab.com/ska-telescope/src/src-service-apis/ska-src-permissions-api )

Ideally, the user experience of the AAI flow is fully consistent with the rest of the platform, meaning that login pages, results pages, etc are styled in the same style as the rest of the visualisation layer.
