    Description

      • Make telmodel/configuration updates as the result of ADR-88
      • Update the LOW CBF delay polynomial simulator to use the new schema
      • Work with TMC to ensure they can also use the same schema 
      • Rerun PTC 11 and 22 to ensure new schema functions as before
