    Description

      This feature continues upon the work done in PI19 under SP-3472. Implement error propagation in TMC for the remaining commands (End, Scan and EndScan) on the basis of the work done in PI-19. Incorporate command timeout on the interaction between the TMC and the subordinate systems. The timeout event from the subordinate system should be reported as a failed command by the TMC.
