Add Active Directory authentication to signal display UI

This enabler is to start integrating the SDP signal displays with the SKAO Active Directory authentication which is implemented on the cluster platforms. The intent is to make the appropriate information available to the web interface so that finer-grained permissions can be implemented in future. You will not be expected to implement the permissions in PI20.

This work depends on getting documentation from the IT team about the SKAO AD set-up, and advice from the System/Bang teams about integrating it with web frameworks.

Signal display developers.

What?

Signal displays are capable of using authentication information provided by AD.

Why?

Enables finer-grained permissions based on users, groups and roles to be implemented in the UI in future.
