    Description

      • Enable substations to be processed in the correlator
      • The number of substations/stations will be limited to 22 in PI#20 (results in 8296Byte jumbo packets), and this will exercise more of the correlator functionality (the number of stations in AA1 is 18, and number of substations 512 - this will be worked upon in future PI’s)
      • LOW CBF to inform CSP LMC how substations are processed in the correlator and the limits (substations, channels = floor(1024 virtual channels / (4*ceil(22 stations/4)))=42)
      • LOW CBF to devise a scheme to create a temporary 22 substations in the telmodel database to describe their locations
      • Execute PTC#5 - visibility data ordering to check that the ordering is correct
      • Execute PTC#6 - Correlator processed bandwidth to measure the bandwidth processed for stations and substation is as expected for one Alveo
      • Enable 0.283s LOW CBF correlator configurations in the subarray configuration command
      • LOW CBF to inform CSP LMC how 0.283s integrations are configured in the correlator
      • Execute PTC#7 - correlator timing to check that the timestamps are correct
