Propose example workflow categorisation scheme that supports future mapping to data centres

BH: To support future development of the repository of example workflows, being able to understand which examples are relevant to particular resources will be helpful - for example, identifying those suitable for HPC vs interactive use, those with distributed vs co-located data assumptions, IO & memory requirements etc. This feature is for those with a facilities point of view to consider what categories are important from the resource perspective.
