Data Management Integration - Data Access API

This feature is the first to be defined to declare, implement and integrate data access methods

• Definition of API required to access data from the data lake

This feature should define the interface signature and methods (e.g. Access Data, Stream Data, Stage Data, etc)

This interface could include also an interface to publish produced data (e.g. ADPs) but this method does not look to be an immediate requirement so it could go in a future update of the API

For every method, identify input and output parameters, protocols, workflow, error handling, etc
