Description

The scope of this feature is to develop Ansible playbooks that orchastrate the start/stop sequence of the EDA. The scripts should also be able to start/stop the TimescaleDB database in particular allowing graceful termination in case of power failure, scheduled maintenance etc.

TODO: Need discussion with Bang team to understand the requirements better.
