    Description

If a user spends some time in finding the precise x/y location of a widget, or a series of widgets, but then decides to move them to another location in the canvas, it would be good for the user to lock the x (or y) position and drag them along the other dimension.

Perhaps by pressing SHIFT while dragging and letting Taranta decide to lock the x or the y coordinate depending on the direction of dragging.
