      This functionality is important because in more and more cases we will have dashboards that will be run on an instance of Taranta that is not the one where they have been developed.  

      Furthermore, the ability for the user to switch to a different dashboard from a running one will be more and more important. Therefore we need to make references to dashboards more robust.

    Description

      When wodking on a dashboard, a developer needs to be able to add  links to other dashboards (eg to be used when drilling-down). The currently available mechanism is based on an internally automatically created hash to be used as the URL to the destination dashboards. This is fragile (it breaks when the dashboard is used on a host different from the used when developing the dashboard) and does not take advantage of the names of the dashboards that users have given them.

      So we need a mechanism so that 

      • within an instance of Taranta, and for an individual user, dashboards should have unique names.
      • there is a new widget "dashboards toolbar" that enables the user to put in a dashboard links to other dashboards, and display the names of these target dashboards
