      Dev Teams require an additional, simpler and more intuitive interface for interacting with the testing machinery in order to be able to effectively develop tests

      • skallop is able to get logs from selected TANGO devices and make assertion on them
      • skallop logs output is improved by removing all repeated messages
      • skallop logs output is improved with labels to state (obsState as integer does not make any sense)
      • skallop generates for failed tests a link to kibana with timing interval set and devices selected
      • (if possible) increase the flexibility of the framework so that telescope/components tests can be written in a more agnostic way
