      Due to this procurement being put on hold early in PI19 there were some delays.

      Technical input to the PQQ was provided to the satisfaction of the Project Manager. At the end of PI19 the PQQ was launched and completed with responses received. Progress has been made on the ITT document pack, but that isn't due for release until PI20.

      Continuing this procurement will be managed as standalone stories rather than a feature as requested by RTE and PM.
