      The majority part of the feature is completed against the Acceptance Criteria:
      +** correlator control and monitoring points are available in the processor device*

      • the initial M&C points are available in the controller, connector and processor devices

      + Taranta UI dashboards are updated to include all of these new tango device attributes

      • We have built an initial Taranta Dashboard UI to display the devices, although we may be deviating from Taranta to Grafana in the future - the plan is up for discussion in PI#20

      rolled up health monitoring is available in the Controller tango device*

      • it's largely completed but there are outstanding issues related to controller device subscription to processor
