    Description

      • The LOW CBF performs the Qualification Review (QR) as per the NEC4 ECC contract
        • not to be confused with final design review or verification qualification or any other review with the word qualification in it
        • note that a design review follows the QR (~year later)
      • LOW CBF has its system documentation up to date and checked into ALIM
      • LOW CBF participates in the QR review and follows up on actions
