Jupyter notebooks can now be executed in the CSP Low PSI (CLP), and are able to communicate with Tango devices deployed to Kubernetes.
This was demonstrated as part of system demo https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/SE/2023-05-25+OMC+ART+System+Demo+18.6

    Description

Since the preferred workflow of most development teams and AIV is to create a Jupyter Notebook that interacts with the SKA LOW telescope, we should be able to support this in the CLP. Notebooks should be able to communicate with Tango devices deployed to Kubernetes.
