    Description

      BH: JPSRC's RSE is only 100 GB. This feature will help JPSRC integrate a bigger storage to Rucio. This feature will help us any tests of Asia-Pacific (within BLT) and intercontinental (with Cyan/Coral) data transfer.
      AC: 1) Put a new (>100 TB & 40 Gb network card) storage server at DMZ of NAOJ. 2) Deploy RSE on the server.
