As the developers are using jupyter notebooks more and more thanks to Binderhub as a service, it's become part of the test and experimentation workflow to interact with SUTs and drivers for the demos. With this there is also a risk of too many heads going into different directions in terms of quality, guidance, maintainability of the notebooks, we need to support notebooks as first class citizens in our SDLC to eliminate above risks

Description

Jupyter Notebooks - we need first class support for these in the ci/cd infrastructure, pipeline machinery, and above all, we need standards articulated for these like any other language/artefact.
