Dashboard is deployed/provisioned alongside SDP, so it is available to be used with

Description

Taranta dashboards have been developed to monitor the telescopes as a whole, and they are under development for other subsystems. The SDP needs to have an equivalent dashboard to provide a view of its overall health, the status of the subarrays and other components, and status of the visibility receive associated with an observation.

Dashboard is deployed/provisioned alongside SDP, so it is available to be used with:

- Skampi Low and Mid deployments in the staging namespaces.
- SUT deployments in Operations Sandbox / Low PSI / Mid PSI / Mid ITF.

Why?

Provides an interface for monitoring the SDP that is familiar to users of the overall telescope system and other subsystems.
