Validation on consumption is important to ensure that the values will meet the expectations of the consumer.

This is especially important if the document values are to be ingested into a database for persistence.

    Description

This work will enable integration of new SKA Telescope Model library version as a part of SP-2928 into the CDM library, so that CDM start supporting the mid tmc schema validation.

Then TMC can integrate this work through SP-2925 and use this new CDM library version for integration into subarray node and central node for validation purpose.
