Description

This work will enable integration of new SKA Telescope Model library version as a part of ~~SP-2928~~ into the CDM library, so that CDM start supporting the mid tmc schema validation.

Then TMC can integrate this work through ~~SP-2925~~ and use this new CDM library version for integration into subarray node and central node for validation purpose.
