      BH: In the early sprints of PI17, we will deploy Harbor on JPSRC openstack cloud.  Preparation was almost done in PI16. It is useful to deploy CARTA stored as a docker container in the Harbor registry, which is "helpful" for the JP community (says PI of JP EoR team, private communication), in the cloud and test it.
