REANA: Assess deployability and perform code analysis for dev potential

To be able to further develop REANA, it is important to know if it can be deployed easily, and whether the code base makes it easily editable (e.g. readable code, clear structure, etc), and whether the API can easily be split off.

AC1: For REANA, have a deployment plan for an MVC

AC2: For REANA, score how easy it is to extend the code

AC3: For REANA, have a plan for splitting off the API
