    Description

      Prior to onboarding of SDP code, look for examples of technical debt that can be readily addressed.

      SIP code currently uses Docker Swarm. Look to move to K8S.

      Consideration should be given to what the goals are for the evolutionary prototype during the PI so that a judicious choice can be made.
