L1 requirement for time-criticality of real-time calibration

From discussions with SDP.

Scientific requirement of the pipeline is not well defined. Real time loop is visible on the system level. Someone needs to ask what the telescope needs to do to support the science case. Defined as requirement for realtime direction dependent calibration, but it could be trivial if only for central beam.

The suggestion is that this constitutes a Spike for a team. Currently there is a risk there is a poorly defined L1 requirement (may not be possible to meet it and is it achieveable)
