AC1: Plan for how to upload data sets into Rucio (from where, to which site a Rucio source) and for which sites want to receive data products.
AC2: Rucio replication takes place, with appropriate scope settings and estimate average throughput based on Rucio rule timestamps. Notify sites that data is to be protected from public users until the challenge is ready to start.
AC3: Results (how to for Rucio rules, and replication statistics) demo'd and presented on confluence.
AC4: Contact points at sites running the challenge are able to run download method of extended client to retrieve dataset.
