Currently the Rucio DM prototype has limited diversity in the storage managers deployed, EOS is a well supported option for configuring and managing storage. EOS has token support, but often auth configuration is the trickiest bit when setting up new storage endpoints. This spike is to deploy a short lived EOS endpoint to investigate the configuration for enabling IAM token support.
