As an AIV Engineer / Telescope Operator I want to be able to configure the system to archive attribute values coming from SDP real-time processing and set alarms on them. This includes the highly-desirable ability to set alarms on the visibility receive metrics to monitor data flows into the SDP.

    Description

See Feature frame on DP ART board.

      Context

      See Capabilities SS-155, SS-156 and SS-185.

The queue connector devices publish data from real-time processing on their attributes. They include metrics from visibility receive (e.g. packet loss) and results from real-time calibration (e.g. pointing offsets). At present, the values of these attributes are not archived, nor are alarms configured on them, because the attributes are created dynamically by the processing scripts.
