Given: A PSS SPS pipeline that includes the new Cheetah modules for DDTR and SPDT

When: We execute a full end-to-end SPS pipeline on an intel-compatible CPU using a test vector.

Then: We get the candidate files with the expected candidates.

    Description

Following on from the work on the Cheetah DDTR module in PI16 (SP-2793 and AT4-892), this feature is aimed at creating a Cheetah module for single pulse detection (SPDT) and optimise it with the DDTR module to complete a full Cheetah version of the SPS pipeline.
