NetTerrain upgrade to version 9.6

This is becoming more crucial now due to several departments on LOW and MID are requesting NetTerrain. The new upgrade will be crucial for them to add, update and be accurate with all documentation within NetTerrain.

New Features and Enhancements Details of version 9.6:

- IPAM tool

- Enhanced Monitoring & Usability - Environment monitoring tool, power temp etc

- Mobile Audits - Including scanning QR codes, editing remotely

- DCIM, Network Documentation

- OSP - Resplicing feature

- Audit trails

- Automatic Circuit Routing

- Collector tool - SNMP layers 2/3
