All the components involved in Signal chain testing and verification in the ITF need to be controlled and monitored through Tango.
AWG is required as part of that change as well as the Spectrum Analyser which replaced the demo model. This needs to be verified.

    Description

Replace the ITF signal generator with an arbitrary waveform generator.

Implement an AwgDevice to monitor and control the arbitrary waveform generator to deliver the same functionality as already provided by the signal generator. (Plus monitoring and control  of frequency reference synchronization and locking.)

Update the SpectrumAnalyser to the latest model.

Set up the ITF (production) environment to run the tests.

The test plan created in PI15 should pass if the signal generator is replaced by the AWG.
