      This work has been completed and the merge to the INAF f/w repo has been made. Feature SP-2983 is available in PI17 for any issues arising. We note that we will need to test the changes on version 1.6 TPM h/w.

    Description

      As a firmware developer I want to define the list of health monitoring points that should be implemented in the TPM firmware. If the current FPGA firmware does not support all the defined monitoring points, it should be modified to do so. The methods to access the monitoring points should be added to the AAVS code. 

      *Based on a a discussion with Simon Gianni Ralph and Vivek  basic Subrack monitoring is added to this feature for PI16
