      The CSP Subarray Leaf Node Configure functionality is tested in the TMC integration repository  and in SKAMPI with the Configure BDD test case XTP-13145 with the CSP leaf node as entry point.  The tests are executed successfully 100+ times on the SKAMPI pipeline. 

      New chart versions ska-tmc-mid 0.5.22 is released for the configure functionality. Subsequent version v0.6.2 was released with delay implemented using the ska-telmodel library.

    Description

      Implement a partial update in the TMC Mid to allow the successful scan configuration on the CSP LMC and CBF from the TMC Leaf nodes only.

      The updates and changes shall implement a long-running command using the upgraded base classes functionality for ska devices.

       A successful implementation shall result in a test within skampi that configures a scan on the CSP LMC when commanded from the leaf node as the entry point.
