    Description

The recording of health and engineering parameters for OMC subsystems will enable greater observability and easier debugging of the system.

This enabler is to implement a first instance of the archival recording of parameters from the Dish LMC.

Deploy and configure Dish LMC in ITF to enable EDA to subscribe to archive events.

It is assumed that team Himalaya or Atlas will deploy and set up the EDA in ITF, and to run a test that verifies that Dish LMC archive events are stored in the EDA in ITF.
