      Recording of engineering and health parameters to the EDA from the TMC will enable easier analysis of issues and their mitigation.

      • A set of parameters for the TMC Mid to record in the EDA are defined
      • The recording of these TANGO parameters made to the EDA is achieved and demonstrated.
      • It is possible to 'flag' which parameters are to be archived.
      • The 'rate of save' to the archive is tuneable.
        • Note: It is possible to configure one, some or even all parameters to be archived only on change of their value. Then an archive rate settings in Tango Controls will not come into affect.
      • A test method to prove that a given attribute/parameter recorded to the Archive has the expected value is created and demostrated.

      The recording of health and engineering parameters for OMC subsystems will enable greater observability and easier debugging of the system. 

      This enabler is to implement a first instance of the archival recording of parameters from the TMC Mid.
