Share containerised CARTA deployment approaches

Enabler: Support containerised CARTA deployments among vis team(s)
Scope: Initially, we would like to track progress within the broader ART on how CARTA is being deployed. It would also be beneficial to further explore proper ingress via an externally facing proxy to the containerised CARTA deployment (at the moment our test instance uses SSH tunnels).

 
CYAN have been making it deployable as easily as possible. Is a step on the way to say CARTA on demand. There is a chunk of work CYAN wish to do to improve ingress into that service. Update the documentation to make it useful for other parties.
