    Description

      In PI14 we developed a Proof of concept energy measurement feature as part of our sdp benchmark suite. This is not complete as it only works for some launchers (i.e. not cluster launchers) and is limited to a single node.

      Extend this work to be more generic and work on more available platforms, including clusters
