Description

As a part of SPO-1650, we are able to add receptor functionality to CHEETAH. In this feature, we would like to improve the performance of the RCPT modules to accept the packets in real-time. This will involve the following steps.

1) Investigate the bottlenecks in the current RCPT modules.

2) Implement the changes need from the outcome of the investigation work.

STRETCH: Further improve the corner turn performance required for the payload extraction for the RCPT modules using AVX.
