    Description

      In order for MCCS to be reintegrated into SKAMPI, there is a need for AdminMode to be implemented for MCCS. This has become necessary following MCCS's adoption of post version 0.11 base classes.

      Before undertaking this activity MCCS needs to form an understanding of what is required and if there are any other conditions or blockers prevent AdminMode being added.

      work has begun on this issue in PI15.
