      KR1: energy monitoring of the benchmark is further extended
      KR2: benchmark suite is extended to run parts of the pipeline (build, run, measure) more or fewer times (for instance use existing build directories, run the test n times for statistics)
      KR3: (uncommitted) the validity of the benchmark suite is tested (by measuring benchmarks n times, testing for jitter) and overhead is measured.

      Energy monitoring with SDP Perfmon is extended using Libpowersensor for AMD GPUs.

      Parts of the pipeline can be ran with the correct ReFrame flags. Using the 'keep stage files' and 'dont restage' flags causes ReFrame to not re-create all dependencies which allows for previous builds to be reused.

      Ability to running tests N times and measuring their outcome is implemented in cooperation with the ReFrame team since ReFrame v3.12 and support for this is implemented on our side as well.
