Description

The current baseline DDD for MID networks was written in 2018 prior to several significant ECPs that have significantly changed the MID networks design. it is unfeasible to give tenderers this document and ECPs and expect them to align the 2. Hence the DDD needs rewriting to align with the heavily modified design and ensure that there is no ambiguity for tenderers.

This document will replace the current baseline design document.
