Review implementation plan on the ECP and carry out the tasks for Networks to ensure the ECP can be closed.

Review MCCS requirements with respect to the design changes from the ECP and amend design accordingly

Ensure all changes to network design or new designs are passed to Netterrain engineers to be included on the tool.
