      Who?

      AA0.5 operators, commissioning scientists

      What?

      • Contribution to the investigation of operator displays needed by AIV for the ITF and AA0.5 (SPO-1615) 
      • Contribution to standardisation of approach to operator displays being developed (templates, technology choices)
      • Review existing PoC https://gitlab.com/ska-telescope/sdp/ska-sdp-opinterface 
      • Consideration for functions being developed for workflow management (SP-2365)
      • Prototype / develop operator displays for SDP use cases defined in "Configure, Control, and Monitor SDP Processing" (https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/SWSI/SDP+AA0.5+Use+Cases) with consideration for
        • Obtain a list of workflows that can be executed
        • Obtain a list of workflows that have been requested for execution
        • Request, update or cancel the execution of specified and configured workflow(s)
        • Interrogate detailed status and metadata for selected workflow(s)

      Why?

      It is now becoming increasingly urgent that we get a better understanding of what displays operators are expecting and get their feedback in developing them further. We need an integrated solution that can be demoed and played with by operators for feedback.
