A new widget is needed to present in a running dashboard several representations of the current datetime. It should present several types of clocks each with a different time:

• the current local time
• UTC
• International Atomic Time, TAI (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Atomic_Time)
• Local Sidereal Time, based on the longitude of the telescope (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sidereal_time)

Configuration options

Users would have to be able to say

• which clocks to display,
• in what kind of layout (horizontal, with certain amout of space in between) or vertical
• what font style and size and color to use for each clock
• format and precision of time (number of digits) of each clock (eg isoformat down to ms)
• refresh rate of each clock
• coordinates when using the Local Sidereal Time
