    Description

This feature will bring the TMC Dish Leaf Node in line with the Central Node following the CN refactor conducted in PI12 (as part of SS-82). The Dish Leaf Node will be re-integrated back into SKAMPI as part of this feature. Create the necessary tests and configuration in skampi to deploy Dish LMC masters (simulator version) with the TMC and SDP to perform the minimum functionality for switching components "on/off". Note this excludes any changes needed to be done on dish LMC contingent on integration tests failing - detecting however and diagnosing the causes of a failed integration should be part of the outcome for this feature. Also, note that the meaning of "on/off" in Dish terms means "put the dish in state so as to be ready for conducting observations"
