    Description

      Plan creation of high level design, including Indicative costings.
      Identify any gaps and scope timelines.

         - Include a Remote Access solution that doesn't use the current solution via Curtin (in conjunction with Richard Schofield who is providing networking in the AARC building)
       -  Design and cost a potential 100G link to the Pawsey Centre.
       - review on-site network inside AAVS, identify missing components

       - Representation of the design in Netterrain

      AAVS3.0 will be located in an existing remote processing shelter with fibre connectivity to the ASKAP building.
      ECP-210104 covers some of this work.
      Deadline for completion of the networking is September 2022 (TBC).
